@Science Workshop: Access to Mathematics and Science
This workshop brought together experts from around the world to present and discuss the state of the art, the actual research and development activities and the future perspectives in access to math and science for visually impaired.
The workshop was organized in the frame of the @Science project which organized a series of events and activities in this field. This workshop has been an expert workshop and participation was by invitation only. Most participants are partners in the @Science project and/or are members of the IGUMA group.
A follow up event to this workshop has been organized in the frame of the ICCHP conference in July 2008. All this should lead to ongoing exchange and co-operation in the field of access to mathematics and science.
