OpenDocument text to DAISY DTB

Summary: 

An extension for OpenOffice to translate OpenDocument text into DAISY DTB format.

Late in May, Vincent Spiewak realized the OpenDocument Text to DAISY DTB extension for OpenOffice.
This extension allows users to export in DAISY DTB format (including MathML).

It's an open source extension, still in beta version.
